The 30-Day Free Trial
We want you to be completely confident that Reveno is the right fit for your business. That's why every new business account automatically starts with a generous 30-day free trial. During this time, you have full access to test the platform, run your loyalty program, and see real results without paying a single cent.
At the end of your trial, if you haven't added a payment method to upgrade to a paid tier, your loyalty program will automatically pause. You will not be unexpectedly charged.
Subscription Billing
If you choose to continue using Reveno after your trial, we offer paid subscription tiers. These subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring schedule (either monthly or annually) through our secure payment partners.
Strict No-Refund Policy
Because we provide a fully functional 30-day free trial for you to evaluate the software, all subscription fees paid to Reveno are strictly non-refundable.
- We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated discounts for partially used billing cycles.
- We do not offer refunds if you forget to cancel your subscription before it auto-renews.
- The only exception is if you are billed in error due to a verified technical fault on our end. If you believe this has happened, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.
How to Cancel
You are always in control of your subscription. You can cancel at any time directly from your business dashboard settings.
- When you cancel, your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the term.
- You will continue to have full access to your paid tier features until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Once your billing cycle ends, your account will be downgraded, and the ability for customers to generate new rewards at your business may be paused.
